Ford Foundation Predoctoral Fellowship Competition in USA



Approximately 60 Ford Foundation Predoctoral Fellowships are available for graduate study leading to a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Doctor of Science (Sc.D.) degree. The fellowship provides three years of support.

Fellowships are tenable at any fully accredited, non-proprietary (not for profit) U.S. institution of higher education offering a Ph.D. or Sc.D. degree in the eligible fields of study. All arrangements for acceptance into a doctoral program at the chosen institution are the responsibility of the applicant. An applicant need not be accepted by the chosen institution at the time of application.

NASF Scholarship Award Program in USA



NASF Scholarship is awarded to both national and international applicants for 2014/2015 academic year. The scholarship award is available to both undergraduates and graduates for studying chemical engineering, material science or engineering, mechanical engineering, metallurgical engineering, environmental engineering, or chemistry. Scholarships are worth $1,500.00 USD. Candidates must demonstrate academic achievement and involvement in extracurricular activities. The deadline for application is December 9, 2014.

MATE/MTS ROV Students Scholarships for US Applicants in USA



The ROV Scholarship fund is providing students scholarships for graduates, undergraduates and high school seniors in the USA. Scholarships are provided in the field of marine/ocean sciences or engineering, or a closely related field with an emphasis on ROV technology and ROV technology offered. There are currently two scholarship categories: MTS MATE ROV Scholarship and the MTS ROV Scholarship. Application should be submitted till April 14, 2014.

American Astronautical Society Scholarship for Master’s Students



American Astronautical Society (AAS) is offering Scholarship for US students. $10,000 Lady Mamie Ngan Memorial Scholarship is offered for students to attend 2014 Space Studies Program of the International Space University in Montréal, Canada or the 2013-2014 Masters of Science (Space Studies or Space Management) programs conducted at the ISU Central Campus in Strasbourg, France. The deadline to receive the completed application form and essay is January 31, 2014.
