Description
Drive market share growth for all key products and maximize sales performance. Consistently demonstrate a high level of competency in product and disease state knowledge, market knowledge, business planning, and team building. Create opportunities and assume personal accountability for results. Prioritize to maximize time and planning. Use good judgment and focus on the patients needs when working with the customer.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent with minimum of 5 years of Pharmaceutical Sales Representative experience 2 years of which are in specialty pharmaceuticals sales. Experience in HIV AIDS sales preferred. Demonstrated strong sales performance track record. Demonstrated understanding of the business drivers, dynamics, and regulations within the pharmaceutical industry. Demonstrated skills at building and maintaining professional relationships with key customers, office staff and others in the customer influence network. Effectively use active listening, probing and other selling skills to enhance communication, build and influence key customers. Demonstrated ability to analyze, develop and execute business plans. Demonstrated ability to work in matrix teams. Demonstrated track record of developing self to drive and enhance performance.
