As a .NET Developer, your focus will be on designing, developing and testing mission critical enterprise solutions and other custom application development projects using the .NET Framework, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, SharePoint, WCF, WPF, SQL Server and other advanced components of Microsoft technology.
As a .NET Developer Lead - you will lead team of developers using ASP.NET, MOSS 2007, and SQL Server for major oil and gas client. A Lead .NET Developer heads the technical design, development, delivery and maintenance of technology-based business solutions. They are responsible for designing, coding, enhancing and testing software applications to meet business requirements. They lead the identification and implementation of configuration changes and maintenance of software applications. A Lead .NET Developer has some management responsibility for the technology solution and the development team. They may also have some responsibility for helping to identify client needs and assisting with proposal development for new client work.
A .NET Manager/Architect realizes maximum benefits for a customer through planning, estimating, managing and delivering one or more projects within a program while mitigating risks. A .NET Manager/Architect assists in creating the direction and scope for projects and is responsible for sustaining an environment that optimizes individual and team contributions in order to create value for a customer. You will manage the tracking and reporting on key solution delivery metrics.
