Job Description
We are seeking a Billing Processor who will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices into the accounting system to enable earned revenue generation. Performs a variety of clerical accounting functions, such as compiling and sorting documents, calculating and/or verifying amounts, and posting transactions to accounts.
Responsibilities:
Works on assignments that are semi routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Basic knowledge in accounts receivable processing. Billing experience preferred but not required.
- Familiar with accounting terminology and procedures, including filing accounting records, check processing, data entry and cash applications.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, CORE, Outlook, Microsoft Word and Oracle.Basic data review, processing, time management, communications, decision making, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Exhibits FANATICAL Customer Service to internal support groups.
- Ability to utilize PCs, calculator, financial spreadsheet and accounting software.
- Ability to successfully work and promote inclusivenessin small groups.
- Ability to provide FANATICAL support. Customer facing experience required.
- High school diploma or GED. O-18 months experience in a similar position.
- Experience in working with Microsoft Excel, CORE, Outlook, Microsoft Word and Oracle.
