Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will be responsible for assisting approximately 100-150 internal and external customers on a daily basis by answering incoming calls and directing them to the correct person or support team. They will also greet and assist visitors at the front lobby by contacting the
person they are scheduled to meet, answer general recruiting information and campus information.
Responsibilities:
- Answers incoming phone calls.
- Ensures that all incoming phone calls are handled in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Maintains a neat and organized reception area.
- Provides a warm and welcoming greeting for guest’s visiting Rackspace while following the necessary security procedures.
- Frequently collaborates with departments to stay updated with changes that occur within Rackspace.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Maintains a silent monitoring score of 90% or above for a six month rolling period.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One or more years of receptionist experience.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
