Department
of Homeland Security, U. S. Citizenship & Immigration Service (USCIS) is
currently recruiting for a Deputy Chief, Budget Division (Supervisory Budget
Analyst) for the Office of the Chief Financial Officer in Washington, DC. As
the Deputy Chief for the Budget Division, you will ensure consistency and
accuracy in budget and quarterly forecasts; provide accurate
bridging/reconciliation between various timeframes during the fiscal year;
monitor and assess the Agency budget spend rates and advise senior leadership
of anomalies and corrective action plans, including operating year budget
reports and reprogramming requests; and assist the Budget Chief in
communicating financial information (e.g., budget trends, issues, responses to
questions) to Agency key stakeholders. USCIS is seeking an individual with
executive-level experience in leading and directing a professional staff of
junior and senior analysts in all facets of the budgetary process for a large scale
