Position Summary
The Service Analyst provides analytical support to the service organization of REpower through data analysis, customer reports, and performance reports. Support includes the assistance of O&M Managers with complex technical analysis and communication with customers.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepares monthly customer and internal reports relating to service performance.
• Uses and analyzes data from SAP and REguard to create monthly fleet performance and service reports.
• Develops necessary procedures for optimal and on-time preparation of customer information and reporting.
• Provides timely and accurate analysis of operational and technical events on wind farms.
• Works with Site Managers, Technician Support and Customer Relations Departments to ensure effective and consistent communication to customers including complex technical explanations.
• Participates as part of the Service Management team in driving business and product improvement strategies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in electrical or mechanical engineering; or four to six years related industry experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• SCADA data skill preferred
• SAP knowledge preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, SAP and SCADA data
• Ability to comprehend Wind Turbine operational concepts, learn to interpret fault codes and analyze and sort data into failure mode analysis and trending
• Ability to travel internationally
