Summary of Responsibilities:
The Manager, Recruitment is responsible for management and oversight of all recruitment related functions for SC USA. This role plays a key function as a business partner to the senior management and HR teams, specifically as it relates to the need for talent, internal movement and external recruitment.

Essential Functions:
• Develop strategies to source, attract, screen, recruit and select high quality candidates for all SC USA open positions at all sites
• Focus on implementing programs to both increase both operational effectiveness and efficiencies related to the recruitment function
• Responsible for full cycle recruiting including: screening, sourcing, offer processing, negotiation of offers, consultation with hiring managers and partnering with business partners on hiring strategies, compensation plans and headcount planning
• Provides guidance to the recruitment team in driving the recruiting process, from sourcing to offer acceptance, including developing job offer recommendations and closing/negotiating strategies
• Establish and maintain solid working relationships with hiring managers and senior management
• Continued evaluation and maintenance of recruitment programs within the team; including performance metrics, applicant tracking, data integrity and meeting agreed upon SLA's to the business.
• Responsible for management and development of a team of direct reports, including cross functional leadership to HR and business partners as it relates to recruitment programs
• Responsible for working with the HR Management team to implement the corporate human resources strategy

Other Functions:
• Special projects as requested
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resource related field required; certification in human resources is strongly desired (PHR or SPHR)
• Three (3) - five (5) years Human Resource experience is required
• Must be self directed with ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize manage HR projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• PC/Windows skills required, including HRIS and ATS system knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of HR staff members and manage in a multi-facility environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Working Conditions:
• Travel to other facilities and/or locations required
• Extended work hours may be required as dictated by management and business needs
