AXA Achievement Community Scholarships Program in USA,


The AXA Foundation offers AXA Achievement Community Scholarships Program  for high school seniors in USA. Twelve scholarships of value $2,000 are offered to high school seniors. Applications are to be submitted online. Apply early as only the first 10,000 applications will be accepted. The application deadline is February 1, 2013.

Study Subject(s): The scholarship is provided to learn any of the course offered by the university.
Course Level: This scholarship is for pursuing undergraduate degree level.
Scholarship Provider: The scholarships are sponsored by the AXA Foundation, in association with U.S. News & World Report

Eligibility: -High school seniors who live and attend high school in their area.

Scholarship Open for Students of Following Countries: The students of USA can apply for this scholarship.

Scholarship Description: The AXA Foundation is the philanthropic arm of AXA Equitable, directing the company’s philanthropic and volunteer activities and working to improve the quality of life in communities across the country where AXA has a presence. Only the first 10,000 applications will be considered. If the program reaches 10,000 applications before 11:59 PM CST on the deadline date of February 1, 2013, then the program will automatically close. Students application MUST be one of the first 10,000 submitted electronically.

Number of awards offered: Only the first 10,000 applications will be considered and twelve scholarships are available.

What does it cover? Every AXA Advisors’ branch office nationwide distributes up to twelve $2,000 scholarships to high school seniors who live and attend high school in their area.

Selection Criteria: An AXA Achiever must demonstrate:
-Ambition and drive
-Determination to set and reach goals
-Respect for self, family and community
-Ability to succeed in college

Notification: Recipients will be announced in the spring of 2013.

Scholarship Application Deadline: Deadline date is February 1, 2013 (Only the first 10,000 applications will be considered. If the program reaches 10,000 applications before  February 1, 2013, then the program will automatically close).
