As an intern, you receive extensive on the job training in various areas within the US Regions of Lafarge Aggregates and Concrete. During the duration of your internship, you are assigned to a specific project or task (plant supervisor, maintenance, batching or dispatching). This program provides exposure to a variety of environments. Candidates will likely work at plant sites as well as in Safety, Quality Assurance, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Technical Services. Interns may be placed directly into a full time position upon graduation
Requirements:
Pursuing a four-year degree from an accredited university in a relevant area of discipline. (Mining, Geology, Construction Management, Concrete Management, Business Administration)
• Have a grade point average of at least a 3.0 in a 4.0 grading system
• Have demonstrated evidence of campus leadership experience
• Have been employed in either co-op or summer work experiences which reflect an interest in a field operating environment
