We are looking for US IT Recruiter for our organization.
Job Description:
• Candidates should well versed in using various job boards like dice, monster,etc
• Should have at least 1 year experience in end to end US IT recruitment
. Should have Experience with recruiting Green Card, and US citizens.
• Candidates who are `Self-motivated' someone who needs minimum supervision to achieve great success
• Responsible for, and should be experienced in, qualifying candidates, negotiating terms and compensation, perform due-diligence including background screenings, reference checks, facilitating drug testing, and managing candidates expectations and employee satisfaction
• Candidates should able to help our US staff members with quick return and results with resumes
• Experience in recruiting at different levels of hierarchy
• Develop and maintain pipeline of qualified candidates
• Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills are required.
• Must have ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced environment
• Successful closure ratio by identifying and pipelining the right candidates based on the Sales Projections
• Team player and willing to work in night shift
• Complete pre-employment processes
• Negotiating & finalizing salary/ rate/ hr aspects (W2, 1099, Corp-Corp) with H1B. etc.
• Willing to join immediately
