I. GENERAL PURPOSE AND FUNCTION:
The Project Manager is responsible for administering the security contract and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. This position will act as the G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc. liaison with client, law enforcement agencies, customers, and employees. This position is also responsible for providing management oversight and driving operational accountability through effective change management and leadership development processes. This position is the primary point of contact for human relations functions involving company employees.

Specific Responsibilities of the Project Manager include, but are not limited to:
• Primary liaison between G4S Secure Solutions USA and client senior management
• General Operations management: Review post orders and make recommendations to corporate security when updates should be considered; review daily log reports and provides pass downs as required; responsible for officers meeting company standards pertaining to quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all company policies and procedures including worldwide business standards
• General Human Resources management: Participate in selection and placement, conduct performance reviews, manage attendance, and conflict resolution; scheduling; payroll
• Review alarm system open/close reports, compile exception reports and forward to appropriate security manager/operations manager for review;
• Provide monthly report to the facilities and corporate security organizations detailing all pertinent activities that have occurred in the previous month concerning any security and safety issues
• Administer G4S Safety Program; semi-annual review and revise the security Emergency Response plan
• Conduct and document monthly testing of security systems; follow through on any corrections/maintenance issues
• Select supervisory candidates and personnel to assume increased responsibility
• Implement methods of reducing overtime
• Cross-train officers to make them more versatile
• Make recommendations with regard to disciplinary action/commendation decisions pertaining to security personnel
• Make changes to physical security surveys and post orders

Job Requirements
Qualifications include:
• Minimum 21 years of age or higher if required by State
• Formal Education, Licenses and Certifications Required: Ability to meet and maintain any applicable State licensing or certification requirements
• A minimum of 3 years security supervision/management experience
• Must possess one or more of the following:
• Law enforcement experience
• Service in the Elite Military Forces, Military Police or combat arms
• Graduate of Police/Corrections Academy
• Criminal Justice Degree, Associate or higher
• Career Military

The Director of Business Development is responsible for development of sales, service and goodwill within a defined geographical location. Responsibilities:
• Make physical and phone sales to Federal, state and local government accounts as well as select commercial accounts within the assigned territories.
• Follow up on existing open quotes and develop new quotes.
• Learn to gather accurate enough data and measurements while on site surveys to produce accurate proposals.
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
• Provides timely feedback to senior management.
