Description:
TheUS Savings Advisoris responsible for administration of the US qualified defined contribution (401k) plan and non-qualified defined contribution compensation and bonus deferral plan.

Responsibilities may include:
* Subject matter expert on the administration of the US qualified and non-qualified defined contribution (DC) and deferral plans
* Responsible for administrative compliance of the US qualified and non-qualified DC and annual deferral programs with federal and state regulations
* Responsible for Anti-Discrimination Testing of qualified plans in consultation with Tax, Legal and US Benefits Center of Excellence
* Daily management of external record keeper; conduct regular meetings, establish annual goals, conducts root cause analysis and develops corrective actions on vendor issues, holds vendor accountable to agreed improvements and resolutions, tracks and reports vendor performance against benchmarks
* Responsible for semi-annual allocation of company stock for ConocoPhillips Savings Plan – Stock Savings Feature. Including, coordination of communication with US Benefits Center of Excellence (COE) and Corporate Communication to participants
* Consults on impact to administrative processes and practices on proposed plan design changes and implementation of regulations
* Responds to current and former employee inquiries, researches plan participant issues and discrepancies
* Conducts root-cause analysis on administrative issues to insure corrective action is taken to all impacted participants
* Research, prepare and present findings to Plan Benefits Administrators on plan claims brought by plan participants
* Reports administrative performance and projects to plan fiduciary committee
* Identify and implement process improvements both internally and with external record keeper
* Responsible for determining benefits eligibility under the US Rehire Policy and Process. Ensures there is no violation of the Internal Revenue Service separation of service rules and compliance with all laws on recognizing prior service for qualified benefit plan purposes
* Consults with Tax and Legal as needed
* Maintains confidential information at all time

Basic/Required:
* Legally authorized to work in the United States
* Bachelors Degree in Human Resources
* Knowledge of pertinent US Federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements affecting employee benefit plans and programs, including ERISA and IRS Tax Code 401(k)

Preferred:
* Experience with US defined contribution, 401(k) benefit plans
* Experience managing vendor relationships
* Strong analytical and organization skills with orientation to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including preparing written reports and presentations
* Excellent people and team skills with ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with employees, former employees and external vendors
* Proficiency with Microsoft products, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* Experience or proficiency with SAP
